Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment you will be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. If you are unsure as to which service best suits your needs, we would encourage you to call the salon to book in for a consultation. Should you decide to go ahead with a service after your consultation we will deduct the deposit from your final bill on the day. Please be aware that failure to attend for a patch test in sufficient time will result in your deposit being forfeited.


In the event that you wish to change, cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please telephone the salon as soon as you can. We require 48 hours notice otherwise you will lose your deposit. Of course, we understand that from time to time things may crop up and you are unable to make your appointment, or worse forget to write it in your diary - don't worry, we are all human! Providing we have been given 48 hours notice we are more than happy to re-schedule your appointment for you without losing your deposit by making your next appointment at the time of cancellation. Should your booking need to be cancelled by the salon and you are unable to attend the alternative appointments, your deposit will be refunded.


If you are running late for your appointment we politely ask that you inform us as soon as you can. We will do our best to accommodate, however if there is not enough time to carry out your service you will lose your deposit. We thank you for your understanding on this policy which helps to safeguard the salon from financial loss and allow us to arrange our diary in a fair and orderly fashion and also keep our prices as fair as possible.
